today we are happy to show you a step by step character design from our famous (at least in our small town
) balloon artist.
Not perfect indeed, but we are relatively new to the Digital Art Scene and working hard to become better at it.
everything was made in Photoshop CS5 with a Hanvon Art MasterIII Tablet.
